1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom mainland. We do not ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, or international destinations at this time. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, please contact us before ordering.
2. Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on all eBike orders to UK mainland addresses. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges at checkout.
3. Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
4. Estimated delivery times
- UK Mainland: 3–5 working days from dispatch
- Remote areas: Add 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Couriers may experience delays during peak periods, adverse weather, or for reasons outside our control.
5. Courier & delivery
eBikes are shipped via insured, tracked pallet or large-parcel courier services. The courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery slot. Someone aged 18 or over must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.
6. Inspecting your delivery
Please inspect the packaging on arrival. If the box shows visible signs of damage, note this on the courier's delivery slip and email us photos at sales@ukebikes.co.uk within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.
7. Failed deliveries
If you are not available at the agreed delivery time, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery. After two failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and additional shipping fees may apply for redispatch.
8. Assembly
Your eBike arrives 95% pre-assembled. The handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat post require minimal final assembly using the included tools. A printed quick-start guide is included in every box.
